We may collect account details, business names, client names, appointment details, timestamps, payment status, Stripe identifiers, and messages you send us for support.

Payments

Card and payment processing is handled by Stripe. TimeBond stores payment references and status information, but not full card numbers.

How we use data

We use data to run the product, show agreement status, process refunds or payouts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve TimeBond.

Sharing

We share data with service providers only when needed to operate the product, including payment, hosting, database, email, analytics, and security providers.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete account data where the law allows. Some transaction records may need to be kept for compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
